ErgoFi Fitness is a home and virtual training studio that trains members in weekly BLOCKED sessions.
ErgoFi Fitness exists to help members reach their fitness potential and motivate their life through High Intense Interval Training (HIIT) with Ergonomic Functional Integration (ErgoFi) Exercises 365 days a year.
ErgoFi Fitness workouts will utilize a variety of equipment such as Dumbbells, Barbells, TRX Straps, Battle Ropes, Medicine Balls, Dynamax Balls, Bosu Balls, Exercise Balls, Resistance Bands, Foam Rollers and much more during a variety of resistance and flexibility based exercises.
ErgoFi Fitness helps individuals with health conditions such as but not limited to:
